there, this is mardi gras season . look in the phone book under
"carnival throws" or beads, that's what they are called. that should
lead you in the right direction
-You might also try Oriental Trading Company. They carry tons of promotional
materials, especially holiday-related, and last year I noticed Mardi Gras
masks,
balloons, doubloons, etc. They have a catalog that comes out quarterly, or
maybe
more often. It's fun to look at, filled with lots of cheap shiny stuff.
