Question:
I have a whole box of ceramic beads which I made several years ago.
They were produced for an order that was canceled. There are animal
shapes, Easter Island type faces, heart shaped, round decorated, three
hole stations, centerpieces, etc. Most are unglazed off-white
stoneware with rust colored decoration. Most are 1/4 to 3/4 inch in
diameter.
Usually I have loads of ideas, but I can't think of any way to use
these beads. I have thought about selling them, but don't have any
idea who would want them. Any suggestions would be welcome.
Answer:
-Perhaps a hobby's supply shop would be interested in selling them. I could
imagine people enjoying making their own jewellery out of them.
-Want to make an extra $1000-$1500 a year??? My husband and I are
basketmakers. We are in search of a dependable person doing high quality
work to make the ceramic beads that we wire into our ceramic and wire
handles. Check out our website and if interested,
